Position Title: x2 Business Support Coordinators
Group: Investment & Monitoring and Corporate Services
Position Type: Permanent full-time (38 hours per week)
Location: Wellington CBD office (currently located on Queens Wharf)
Salary: $57,764 - $70,000 per annum + KiwiSaver

About the opportunity | Ngā whakamārama mō te tūnga
We’re looking for two Business Support Coordinators (BSC) to join our small and agile Ministry, providing high-quality administrative support to key groups within the Ministry.
As a BSC, you’ll be the go-to person for your portfolio of managers and teams, delivering administrative solutions that help things run smoothly. You’ll build strong working relationships, anticipate needs, and contribute to the success of your group.
We currently have two opportunities to support the following groups:
- Investment and Monitoring
- Corporate Services and Performance & Governance

Key tasks include:
- Providing administrative support to the business group managers, including diary and event management
- Formatting documents, scheduling meetings, and external activities, providing printing or photocopying support
- Providing shared secretarial and administrative support
- Ensuring papers, documents, reports and presentations are prepared to required timeframes and quality standards
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Assisting with organising seminars, workshops, conferences and/or functions, by coordinating arrangements, invitations, budgets etc.
What you’ll bring | Te wāhi ki a koe
- Experience in a coordinator or administration support role within a complex multi-functional office environment
- Experience providing customer support and solutions, in a continuous improvement focused environment
- Experience working under pressure without close supervision, managing multiple priorities and timelines
- Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship building skills including experience in building integral relationships quickly and easily
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft tools and products
- Demonstrated positive, willing, agile and flexible working style
- Previous experience working in the public sector will be advantageous.
Salary range | Whānuitanga Utu ā-Tau
The base salary range budget for this
position is up to $57,764 - $70,000 per annum + KiwiSaver. The salary offered
will reflect skills and experience.
