Human Resources Administrator

Permanent – Full time

Itis a time of change at the Ministry of Transport and we’re looking to combine our key strengths with new talent to adapt to our environment that is complexand changing at pace! We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our new team to support and enable a high-performing organisation.  

Reportingto the Manager HR, you will provide high-level administration and coordination support to the Manager, the wider HR team and others across the Ministry. This varied role will see you do the regular HR admininstration, but you’ll also draft and manage our employment agreements, do the HR reporting, organise assessment centres and facilitate our psychometric assessments and onboarding processes. Last, but definitely not least is your responsibility for maintaining the integrity of our payroll information.

There’s a lot to keep you busy and interested here. Ideally, you’ll have experience ina coordination/administration role with previous payroll coordination experience and be au fait with technology. You work well under pressure to manage tight deadlines to positively influence the success of this busy team. We should also mention that one of the opportunities about working at the Ministry of Transport is that you will get to know our Senior Leadership Team really well –so being able to build strong working relationships and having excellent written and verbal communication skills will stand you in good stead.
