There is a lot to do to transition the Ministry to its new structure and ways of working and this role will play a pivotal part in enabling a collaborative working culture, which is key to the successful delivery of Ministry strategy.

You will work closely with the Engagement and Communications Manager, senior leaders and others to develop and implement an internal communication strategy, help embed the recently developed Vision, Values and Purpose and develop appropriate internal channels.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced internal communication professional to help take the Ministry forward.
